摘要
钛酸钡具有优良的电学性能,广泛应用于各种电子领域。以四氯化钛、氯化钡和草酸为原料,制备了电子级高纯钛酸钡粉体。具体制备过程:将四氯化钛在盐酸中低温水解制得稳定的二氯氧钛溶液,然后与经重结晶和除铁的氯化钡溶液混合,混合液以一定速度加入到精制的草酸溶液中,制得草酸氧钛钡沉淀,沉淀经过滤、洗涤,滤饼经煅烧制得钛酸钡成品。最佳制备条件:氯化钡与四氯化钛与草酸物质的量比为(1.03~1.05)∶1∶1.1,反应温度为60~70℃,煅烧温度为800℃,煅烧时间为2 h。所得产品纯度高,粒径小、分布均匀,具有优良的电学性能。
Barium titanate has excellent electrical properties,which is widely used in various electronic fields.Electro-nic grade high purity barium titanate was prepared with titanium tetrachloride,barium chloride,and oxalic acid as raw mate-rials.Specific preparation process is as follows: stable titanium oxide dichloride solution was obtained at first through the hydrolysis of titanium tetrachloride in hydrochloric acid at low temperature,and then barium chloride solution,which had been recrystallized and iron-removed was mixed;the mixture solution was added to refined oxalic acid solution at a certain speed;then the precipitation barium titanyl oxalate was obtained;through filtration and washing,the filtrate cake was calcined and barium titanate finished product could be obtained.Optimum preparation conditions:amount-of-substance ratio of barium chloride to titanium tetrachloride and to oxalic acid was(1.03~1.05) ∶ 1∶1.1;reaction temperature was at 60~70 ℃,calcination temperature was 800 ℃,and calcination time was 2 h.Final product had excellent electrical properties with high purity,small particle size,and even distribution under the above mentioned conditions.
