搅拌设备在芒硝法硫酸钾生产中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 南风集团年产5万t芒硝法生产硫酸钾项目,其关键设备二转化反应罐采用了间歇生产设计,虽然在生产运行中基本满足生产要求,但也暴露一些问题。因此,在年产10万t硫酸钾项目中,对二转化反应罐进行了改进,如:搅拌器型式、罐底结构及出料口位置、清料液的排出方式、附件等,取得了另人满意的效果。对年产5万t和年产10万t硫酸钾项目的原料消耗以及产品收率、优级品率、合格率进行了比较,结果表明改进后的各项指标均得到明显提高。 Intermittent production was designed for the key equipment,the secondary conversion reactor,in 5×104 t/a Potassium Sulfate Production Project by Mirabilite Process of Nanfine Chemical Group.Although the production running basically met the production requirements,some problems were still exposed.Therefore,in 1×105 t/a Potassium Sulfate Project,the secondary conversion reactor had been improved,such as mode of stirrer,structure of ractor bottom,position of discharge port,emission way of clean feed liquid,and accessaries etc.,and satisfactory effect was achieved.Raw material consumption,product yeild,top-grade product rate,and percent of pass were compared between the 5×104 t/a and 1×105 t/a projects.Results showed all the indexes were improved apparently after the improvement.
