增生型外阴白色病变43例电子显微镜观察

目的:探讨增生型外阴白色病变细胞超微结构的形态改变。方法:选择43例临床诊断为增生型外阴白色病变的女性患者,取活检,其病变组织进行常规病理检查,部分标本制作电镜样品透射电镜下观察。结果:病变皮肤角质层细胞角化不完全,颗粒层细胞减少,棘细胞间隙增宽,桥粒连接减少,细胞质内线粒体肿胀,内质网扩张,细胞间淋巴细胞浸润,基底细胞钉脚增多、紊乱,细胞内黑色素颗粒减少,15例患者皮肤组织的细胞超微结构呈瘤细胞样改变。结论:外阴白色病变的细胞超微结构改变,可为临床预测病变进展提供参考。

Objective：To observe the ultra-structural changes of white lesions of the vulva by electron microscopy to provide a cellular clinical diagnosis.Methods：43 female patients clinically were diagnosed with white lesions of the vulva.Biopsy specimens were taken of the pathological skin and observed under transmission electron microscopy.Results：In the pathological epidermis,there appeared to be parakeratosis.In the granular layer,cells decreased in number and squamous cells showed an increase in intercellular space with minimized intercellular desmosomes.The mitochondria appeared to be swollen and enlarged,and there was evidence of dilation of the intermembranous space of the rough endoplasmic reticulum.Additionally,there were some infiltrative lymphocytes dispersed among the cells.The cells of the basal layer was disorganized.After observing all 43 patients,15 patients presented vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia.Conclusion：Using electron microscopy to observe the ultra-structure of white lesions of the vulva can help clearly diagnose patients with the disease.
