摘要
设计良好的静导电回路结构对塑壳断路器开断性能的提高有着重要的意义。在两种不同静导电回路下,通过计算对比电动力和吹弧磁场,分析了静导电回路结构对塑壳断路器的触头分开时间触头推斥电动力吹弧磁场在电弧上的分布以及燃弧初期吹弧磁场大小等因素的影响。根据分析的结果,对某塑壳断路器的静导电回路进行了改进,并通过网络试验验证了改进方案对提升其开断能力的有效性。
Well-designed structure of the static conductor is helpful for improving the interruption performance of MCCB. Electro-dynamic force and magnetic field of the electric arc are calculated and compared between circuit breakers using two different static conductors. Based on the calculation results,influencing factors affected by the static conductor structure,including the contact separation time,the repulsive electro-dynamic force acting on the contact,the magnetic field distribution in the electric arc and the magnetic field magnitude during arc ignition,are analyzed. According to the analysis result,improvement of the static conductor structure of an actual MCCB is carried out and found effective of improving its interruption performance by network trial.
