2008-2009年四川省嫖客艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

Sentinel Surveillance of Commercial Sex Clients in Sichuan,2008-2009

目的了解监测哨点嫖客的艾滋病相关知识、行为与HIV感染状况。方法在四川省部分城市社区设立嫖客监测哨点,2008-2009年对2386人进行问卷调查和血清学检测,采用SPSS统计软件进行数据分析。结果 2年各哨点嫖客HIV抗体阳性检出率均低于1%;嫖客商业性行为安全套坚持使用比例中位数分别为25.7%、28.3%;与固定性伴发生性行为时安全套坚持使用比例中位数分别为9.9%、6.8%;2009年艾滋病相关知识知晓率为63.3%。结论嫖客艾滋病相关危险行为暴露风险较大。

Objective To understand the characteristics of HIV related knowledge awareness,risk behaviors and HIV prevalence among commercial sex clients.Methods A total of 2386 commercial sex clients were enrolled from the sentinel sites in some areas from 2008 to 2009. Information was collected by the questionnaire survey. The blood samples were taken for the test of HIV,Syphilis and HCV. Data were analyzed by SPSS.Results The overall HIV prevalence rate was less than 1.0%.The rates of constant condom use at commercial sex were 25.7% and 28.3%.The median of constant condom use rates among spouses were only 9.9% and 6.8%.Up to 63.3% of clients were aware of AIDS related knowledge in 2009. Conclusion HIV related risk behaviors among commercial sex clients were prevalent.
