摘要 目的比较2种光接触性变态反应试验方法的敏感性。方法采用完全弗氏佐剂法和20%十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)预刺激法对强致敏剂四氯水扬基苯胺(TCSA)和弱致敏剂香豆素、硫氯酚的光敏性进行了对比研究。结果对香豆素、硫氯酚2种弱致敏物质完全弗氏佐剂法的敏感性略强于涂抹SDS预刺激法,对强致敏剂TCSA涂抹SDS预刺激法略强于颈部注射弗氏佐剂。结论在筛选弱致敏物质时,颈部注射完全弗氏佐剂法优于涂抹SDS预刺激法。 Objective To compare the sensitivities of two animal test methods of photo - contact allergy. Meth- ods The photosensitivity of strong sensitizer - tetrachlorodibemzo salicylic anilineltesa and weak sensitizer - eoumarin, sulfar chlorophenol were studied by complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA) and 20% sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS). Results The sensitivity of complete Freund's adjuvant method was slightly stronger than the coated SDS pre-stimulation to weak sensitizer coumarin, sulfar chlorophenol. The sensitivity of SDS pre - stimulation was slightly stronger than the complete Freund's adjuwant method to strong sensitizer tetrachlorod- ibemzo salicylic anilineltcsa. Conclusion The complete Freund's adjuwant method is superior to SDS pre - stimulation.
