摘要
绿色维修的目标是环境污染最少,资源利用率最高。针对国内外关于绿色维修内容和体系的研究现状,对绿色维修环境性指标进行取舍,确定评价指标体系框架以及各项指标的计算公式。在此基础上构建一个四层次绿色维修环境性评价模型。运用模糊数学原理分析各评价指标对评价标准的隶属度。采取专家评分和层次分析(AHP)相结合的方法获得各级指标的权重。利用该模型对某牵引电动机制修工厂的环境属性进行评价,得出评价结论,证明该评价模型具有可操作性,能够评价绿色维修企业环境性发展程度或所处发展阶段,为绿色维修企业改善和提高环境友好指标指明方向。
The aims of green maintenance are that environment pollution is minimum and resource availability is maximum.According to the theory and system status of green maintenance,the indexes of the environmental assessment for green maintenance were selected,and its calculating formulas were determined.On this basis a four-level evaluation model was established.By using the quantitative and qualitative method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method,all weights of the indexes were obtained.An example is provided to verity the feasibility and practicality of the model.
