摘要
利用AMEsim液压与机械仿真模块,建立密炼机上顶栓液压传动系统仿真模型,对其主要液压元器件及负载油缸进行动态分析,以验证设计中各液压元件的匹配性能;根据仿真结果,找出设计中存在的问题,从理论上提出优化方案,在完善设计的同时,节约研发成本。
Build fluid driving system's model of by using hydraulic and machine block to analyse the dynamic capability of hydraulic component and hydraulic crock in order to validate the matching performance of all hydraulic component in previous design;according to the results of emulation,find out the flaw of the previous design to advance optimizing scheme theoretically,and save the cost of research and development at the same time consummating the design.
