摘要
目的探讨整合素β1及Hedgehog信号通路下游转录因子1(Glil)在大肠癌组织中的表达、与大肠癌生物学行为的关系以及2种蛋白表达之间的关系。方法采用组织芯片技术结合免疫组化S—P法,检测整合素β1及Glil在69例大肠癌组织中的表达,并分析其与临床资料的关系。结果整合素β1与Glil在大肠癌组织中的阳性率分别为59.42%和70.01%,非恶性变大肠组织中阳性率分别是29.17%和22.22%,两种蛋白间表达存在正相关(r=0.471,P〈0.05);整合素β1的表达与大肠癌Dukes分期、浸润程度及淋巴结转移有关(P〈0.05),而与性别、年龄、组织学分级无关。结论大肠癌的发生与整合素β1和Glil的高表达有关。两者在大肠癌中表达的一致性,提示整合素β1可能参与对Hedgehog信号通路的调控。
Objective To investigate the expression of β1 -integrin and transcription factor glioma-associated oncogene 1 (Glil ) in colorectal carcinoma and the interaction between the two kinds of protien in colorectal carcinoma. Methods Tissue microarray was conducted in 69 speciments from eolorectal carcinoma. And immunochemistry assay was used for pathological examination. Results The positive rates of β1 -integrin and Glil were 59.42% ,70.01% respectively in colorectal carcinoma,and 29.17% , ,22.22 % in non-maliguant coloreetal tissue. There were positive correlation between β1-integrin and Glil ( r = 0.471 ,P 〈 0.01 ). The expressions of β1-integrin was correlated with Dukes staging and invasive depth of the tumor and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The high expression of β1 -integrin and Glil is correlated with the development of eolorectal carcinoma,And the consistent expression of β1-inte- grin and Glil indicates that β1 -integrin may play a role in regulating the Hedgehog signal pathway.
