2004-2009年成都市郫县无偿献血者4种血液传播疾病检测结果分析

Detections of Four Blood-borne Diseases Among Blood Donors in Pixian County of Chengdu,2004-2009

目的分析成都市郫县无偿献血者中乙肝表面抗原、丙型肝炎抗体、梅毒抗体、艾滋病病毒抗体的检出情况,为提高血液质量,保障血液安全提供科学依据。方法对成都市郫县2004-2009年无偿献血者的检测资料进行分析。结果成都市郫县的无偿献血者中乙肝表面抗原、丙型肝炎抗体、梅毒抗体、艾滋病病毒抗体的总检出人数为1307人,总检出率为3.31%。其中乙肝表面抗原检出人数为498人,检出率为1.26%;丙型肝炎抗体检出人数为354人,检出率为0.90%;梅毒抗体检出人数为300人,检出率为0.76%;艾滋病病毒抗体检出人数为155人,检出率为0.39%,2009年成都市郫县4种血液传播疾病检出率较2004年下降2.47%(χ2=34.10,P<0.01)。乙肝表面抗原阳性检出率下降1.21%(χ2=24.97,P<0.01);丙型肝炎抗体阳性检出率下降1.53%(χ2=42.35,P<0.01);梅毒阳性检出率2008年较2004年下降0.77%(χ2=18.21,P<0.01),但艾滋病病毒抗体检出率出现小幅升高。结论 2004-2009年成都市郫县无偿献血者中4种血液传播疾病检出率总体呈下降趋势,但艾滋病病毒抗体检出率却出现小幅升高。

Objective To analyze the detection of HbsAg,anti-HCV,syphilis antibody and HIV antibody among blood donors in Pixian and provide scientific evidence for improving blood quality and ensuring the blood safety.Methods The analysis on the blood donors＇ detection data in Pixian from 2004 to 2009 was conducted.Results HbsAg,anti-HCV,syphilis antibody and HIV antibody were detected from 1307 blood donors respectively,the total detection rate was 3.31%.HbsAg was detected from 498 blood donors（1.26%）,anti-HCV was detected from 354 blood donors（0,90%）,syphilis antibody was detected 300 blood donors（0.76%）and HIV antibody was detected from 155 blood donors（0.39%）.The detection rate of the four blood-borne diseases in Pixan declined by 2.47% in 2009 compared with that in 2004（χ^234.10,P〈0.01）,and the detection rate of HbsAg and anti-HCV declined by 1.21%（χ^224.97,P〈0.01）and 1.53%（χ^242.35,P〈0.01）respectively.The detection rate of syphilis antibody declined by 0.77% in 2008 compared with that in 2004（χ^218.21,P〈0.01）,but the detection rate of HIV antibodyincreased slightly.Conclusion The overall detection rate of the four blood-borne diseases declined year by year in Pixian,the detection rate of HIV antibody increased slightly.
