"五经"中有大量的病症名词,有的意义至今仍在使用,有的意义已经转移,甚至消亡。现通过对"五经"病症名词"眇"、"矇"、"瞽"、"瞍"、"跛"词义及其演变的研究,确定其病症名词的意义,分析其发展演变源流,纠正普通词典以及专业词典的错误。

There are plenty of disease nouns,some of which still be used today,but some of mich have transferred even died out.The paper study the mouns of miao,meng,gu,son,bo and their development,analysis their oriyin and correct the worng in general dictionary and special diutionary.There are lots of terms about illness in Five Classics.Some of the significance in them is in use,some change to new one and some vanish.Through the research of the illness terms ＂miao＂、＂meng＂、＂gu＂、＂sou＂、＂bo＂in the book,this article is to ensure the significance of the illness terms,to find out the origins of the development by comparing with the Neijing,to study the reason for the illness and to perfect the common dictionary and the professional dictionary.
