摘要
目的:观察活血清热方对糖尿病大鼠的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、红细胞中葡萄糖转运蛋白1的影响。方法:65 mg/kg链脲佐菌素腹腔注射建立糖尿病大鼠模型,活血清热方灌胃16周,氧化酶法检测大鼠血糖,免疫抑制比浊法测定糖化血红蛋白,western法检测红细胞中葡萄糖转运蛋白1含量。结果:模型组大鼠比正常组大鼠空腹血糖显著升高(P<0.05),糖化血红蛋白HbA1c显著升高(P<0.05),红细胞中葡萄糖转运蛋白1含量升高;活血清热方大鼠与模型组大鼠空腹血糖无显著差异(P>0.05),糖化血红蛋白HbA1c显著降低(P<0.05),红细胞中葡萄糖转运蛋白1含量下降。结论:活血清热方可能通过降低糖尿病大鼠红细胞中葡萄糖转运蛋白1,从而降低糖化血红蛋白。
Objective:To observe the influence of Herbal Extracts acting on blood glucose,glucose transporter protein,and Hba1c in red blood cells.Method:Constructing the model of SD diabetic rats by injecting 65 mg/kg stz,and using the extracts of the herbal to lavage for 16 weeks,enzymatic oxidation to test blood glucose,immune suppression Turbidimetric to test HbA1c,western red blood cells to detect the glucose transporter protein 1.Model group rats blood glucose was significantly higher(P0.05),glycosylated hemoglobin HbA1c was significantly higher(P0.05),red blood cell glucose transporter protein-1 constantly increased than the control group;the extracts of herbal group blood glucose in rats was no significant difference(P0.05) with the control group,glycosylated hemoglobin HbA1c significantly lower(P0.05),red blood cell glucose transporter protein-1 content decreased than the model group.Results: The extracts of herbal can reduce the glucose transporter protein-1,thereby reducing the glycosylated hemoglobin.
