摘要
目的:了解执业医师的工作倦怠现状和影响因素,为卫生管理部门对医生工作倦怠进行有针对性的预防和干预提供依据。方法:采用随机整群抽样的方法,对天津市16家医院的500名执业医生进行职业压力源、工作倦怠、社会支持和基本心理需要满足等四项内容的调查。采用spss13.0进行数据管理与分析。结果:有超过15%的医生存在不同程度的工作倦怠,其倦怠程度因医生年龄、性别和其所在科室的不同而存在差异。治疗困难、工作-生活冲突等压力源对工作倦怠有显著的正向预测作用。单位、家人、朋友支持以及基本心理需要的满足等保健性因素对工作倦怠有显著的负向预测作用。
Objective:To study the status of licensed doctors′ vocational burnout and its influencing factors,and provide reference for health management department to prevent it.Methods:500 cases of licensed doctors in 16 hospitals were chosen by cluster random sampling and surveyed with questionnaires on occupational stress,job burnout,social support and satisfaction on basic need.Data was analyzed with software of SPSS13.0.Results:More than 15% of doctors felt vocational burnout.And it was influenced by doctors′ age,gender and the department they worked in.The stress factors,such as difficulties in the treatment,conflicts between job and life,were positive predictors of job burnout.And factors as support from the hospital,family and friends,and satisfaction on basic need were negative predictors.
