卫九项目四省(区)艾滋病/性病行为监测结果分析

Analyzing the Results of AIDS/STD Behavioral Surveillance in Four Provinces of Health Ⅸ Project.

目的:了解卫九项目新疆、广西、福建、山西四省(区)暗娼、吸毒者和学生中艾滋病/性病相关KAP现状及变化趋势,为有针对性地开展艾滋病/性病防治工作提供依据。方法:根据卫九项目统一制定的行为监测问卷,分别于2001年、2004年、2007年对目标人群进行抽样调查。结果:四省(区)每轮合计约调查2万人。三类人群艾滋病/性病相关KAP呈逐轮改善趋势,其中2007年暗娼、吸毒者、青年学生相关知识答对率分别达到80.22%、82.78%、82.47%;正确态度率分别达到77.00%、83.65%、86.02%;暗娼和青年学生最近一次性行为安全套使用率分别为81.70%、53.67%;吸毒者最近半年不共用注射器比例达到65.70%,近半年每次性行为都使用安全套比例为14.70%。青年学生有过性经历的比例呈逐年上升趋势,2007年达到8.74%。结论:在卫九项目实施省(区),近年来艾滋病/性病防治取得了明显的成效,但仍存在较大的改善余地。尤其值得重视的是青年学生有过性经历的比例逐年上升,而安全套的使用率却相对偏低,相关健康教育工作亟待加强;同时要加大吸毒者共用注射器和暗娼不使用安全套的干预力度,进一步巩固卫九项目防治效果。

Objective：To study AIDS/STD-related KAP among prostitutes,drug addicts and students and its trend in Xinjiang,Guangxi,Fujian and Shanxi of Health IX Project,and provide reference for AIDS/STD prevention and control.Methods：Target population was sampled and surveyed with project-unifying behavioral surveillance questionnaire in 2001,2004 and 2007 respectively.Results：There had approximately 20,000 people in each round of the investigation.There showed better trend of the AIDS/STD-related KAP in these three kinds of people.The correctness rates on KAP of prostitutes,drug addicts and students were 80.22%,82.78% and 82.47% respectively in 2007.Their correctness rates of attitude at AIDS/STD were 77.00%,83.65% and 86.02 %,respectively.The rates of condom using in prostitutes and students during sexual behavior were 81.70% and 53.67% recently.The proportion of drug addicts who had not shared the same syringes in the past six months reached 65.70%,and 14.7% of them used condom every time during sexual behavior in the past six months.There had upward trend of young students having sexual experience,which reached 8.74% in 2007.Conclusion：There had remarkable effect of AIDS/STD prevention and control in provinces carrying out Health IX Project in recent years,but it still needs to be improved.In particular,there had increasing number of young students who had sexual experience year by year,while the condom using rate was relatively low,which meant that health education should be enhanced.Meanwhile,intervention on drug addicts sharing syringes and prostitutes not-using condoms must be strengthened to further develop Health IX Project.
