目的:讨论"新医改"背景下取消医疗单位药品加成对其可能产生的影响。方法:分析药品加成制度的历史沿革,以及在医疗机构发展中的作用,探讨药品加成制度对解决"看病贵"问题的利弊。结果与结论:解决"看病贵"是一个系统工程,取消药品加成对解决"看病贵"作用有限,且取消药品加成对医疗机构发展影响较大。

OBJECTIVE：To discuss the effects of cancelling drug price addition in the New Medical Reform on medical institutions.METHODS：Historical revolution of drug price addition system and effect of it in the medical institutions were analyzed.The advantage and disadvantage of drug price addition system to resolve High Cost of Getting Medical Service were analyzed.RESULTS CONCLUSION：Cancelling drug price additions plays limited effect on High Cost of Getting Medical Service but influence the development of medical institutions significantly.It is is a systemic work to resolve High Cost of Getting Medical Service.
