莫西沙星不良反应70例文献分析

Analysis of 70 Cases of Moxifloxacin-inducing Adverse Drug Reactions

目的:探讨莫西沙星所致不良反应的规律、特点和机制,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2005年～2009年国内公开报道的莫西沙星所致不良反应70例进行统计、分析。结果:莫西沙星所致不良反应临床表现主要为神经系统、变态反应、消化系统等症状,且老年患者更易发生。结论:临床医师应重视莫西沙星的不良反应,尽可能减少和避免其发生。

OBJECTIVE： To study the features,patterns and mechanism of adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by moxifloxacin and to provide reference for rational use of drugs.METHODS： 70 ADR cases induced by moxifloxacin publicly reported in domestic medical journals from 2005 to 2009 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS： Main clinical manifestations of moxifloxacininducing ADR were allergic reactions,digestive system reactions,nervous system reactions,etc.and most of cases occurred in senile group.CONCLUSION： Clinical physicians should pay attention to ADR induced by moxifloxacin to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
