OBJECTIVE： To determinate the content of stilbene glucoside in Shengfa pills by HPLC.METHODS： SHMADZU shimpackvpODS（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column was adopted with acetonitrilewater（25 ∶ 75） as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min1.The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm and injection volume was 20 μL.RESULTS： The linear range of stilbene glucoside was 0.21～1.25 μg（r=0.999 3） with recovery of 96.44%（RSD=2.7%,n=6）.CONCLUSION： The method is simple,sensitive and specific for the content determination of stilbene glucoside in Shengfa pills.
