中药治疗老年慢性功能性便秘36例观察

目的:观察中药治疗老年慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:72例随机分为2组,对照组36例用莫沙比利,治疗组36例给予中药治疗,两组均4周为一疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率52.78%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医药治疗老年慢性功能性便秘具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe clinical effect of Traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of elderly patients with chronic functional constipation.Methods：72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases patients in the control group,mosapride,36 cases patients in treatment group with Traditional Chinese medicine for a pay day,Both groups were 4 weeks of a course of treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 91.67% in treatment group and 52.78% in the control group,there is a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There a good clinical effect on elderly patients with chronic functional constipation treated by Traditional Chinese medicine.
