摘要 针对蓄热式加热炉,由于炉气常处于剧烈的变化,使其炉膛温度控制系统,具有多变量、时变、非线性、耦合、大惯性和纯滞后等特性,因此当前对其控制主要还是靠手工操作.为此,设计了一个基于双交叉限幅PID-RBR控制器的炉温控制系统,保证了系统具有良好的稳定性和鲁棒性.并将该控制系统成功应用于某钢铁公司中板工序,取得了良好的应用效果,使该加热炉节能13%,质量和产量保证率达100%. The temperature control of regenerative heating furnace has a direct impact on steel qualities and energy consumption.Due to the frequent dramatic change in the gas in heating furnaces,the furnace temperature control process is characterized with multi-variable,time-varying,inherent nonlinearity,variable coupling,large inertia and dead time.For this reason,it is mainly dependent on manual operation now,a furnace temperature control system is therefore designed via double-crossing clipping PID and RBR(rule-based reasoning) so as to ensure the high stability and robustness of the system.The proposed control system has been successfully applied to some steel plants with much benefit gained,e.g.,the energy-saving rate of the heating furnace is 13% with the rate of output/quality reliability assurance up to 100%.
