摘要 本文将商业模式热潮与新经济的特定时代背景联系起来,论证了商业模式的特殊功能在于它的"蓄利"效能,此效能通过影响经营预见性而对企业发展产生影响。开发了一个基于规则的商业模式容器模型,系统揭示了商业模式的基础构件、结构板块,解释了商业模式特定功能的作用机理等研究基础问题。设计了价值效应和固化效应等两个潜变量,以192家上市公司的数据对商业模式性能与企业绩效持续性的关系进行了验证性因素分析(CFA)。研究表明,商业模式总体性能对企业经营绩效持续性具有正向影响,但其中价值效应和固化效应的影响状况各不相同。根据容器模型,澄清了商业模式与竞争战略的关系,提出了商业模式构建与评价等重要实践活动的整体框架与流程步骤,并对我国政府在商业模式创新过程中应采取的策略提出了具体建议。 Based on the summarization of latest trends of the research about business model and the main defects of theoretical work,this paper demonstrates the specific functions of business mode——the effect of profits storage,and it influence the development of enterprise through the business anticipates impact.We propose a rulebased business model container model,reveal the component,structure and the function-mechanism of business model——that’s "container effect" systematically.We design two latent variables—the value effect and the solidify effect—to measure overall performance of business model.We conducted a confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) with data of 192 listed companies.The results show that the overall function of business model sustainability impacts corporate performance,but the value effect and the solidify effect acts differently.According to the container model,we clarify the relation between business model and competitive strategy,propose the framework and key steps of business model construction and evaluation,and put forward tactics for governments to promote business model innovation.
