摘要
对广州市郊种植的小白菜(Brasicachinensis)根际真菌进行了分离鉴定.从不同地点采集的48个土样中,分离鉴定出77种(包括19株未定名种),共29属,其中鞭毛菌1属1种,接合菌5属6种,子囊菌5属7种,半知菌18属63种.
The present paper reports the known microfungi isolated from Brassica chinensis rhizosphere soil in suburbs of Guangzhou. Seventy seven species in 31 genera were identified from 48 rhizosphere soil samples, of which 1 was mastigomycotina, 6 were zygomycotina, 7 were ascomycotina and 63 were fungi imperfecti. The results demonstrate the species diversity of rhizosphere mycoflora in subtropical arable soil.
