摘要
植物中的磷主要以植酸磷的形式存在,不易被猪禽等单胃动物利用。植酸酶能有效降解植酸及其盐,解除植酸的抗营养效应,提高畜禽的生产性能;降低动物体中磷的排泄量,减少对环境的污染,在动物生产和环境保护方面具有很好的应用前景。本文综述了植酸的特性,植酸酶的种类、来源、作用机制、活性影响因素及其在动物生产中的应用。
A high proportion of the phosphorus in cereal grains and oilseed meals is bound chemically in the form of phytate.The phosphorus in this form is poorly digested by pig and poultry because of lacking phytase.Phytase can degrade phytic acid or phytate and phylin effectively,unchain the anti-nutrient factor of phytase in diets and improve the performance of the livestock and poultry;Phytase can also decrease the quantity of phosphorus in excrement or manure,thus reduce the environment pollution,it have a good application future in animal production and pollution prevention.The property of phytate,the varieties,source,mechanism,activity-influencing factor and application of phytase in animal production were summarized in this article.
