摘要 本文就皂苷的化学结构、存在形式与分布,皂苷或富含皂苷植物对反刍动物瘤胃微生物菌群的影响作一综述。 In this article,the chemical structure,the form and distribution of saponin,and the impact of saponins or saponin-containing plants on rumen microbial flora in the latest researches were reviewed.
