This paper introduces the concepts,significance and principles of library＇s post rotation system,discusses what personnel of library is fit for the post rotation system and what personnel of library is unfit for the post rotation system,and expounds the important significance of giving the first place to the post fixation and giving the second place to the post rotation in library.
