Ca对挤压镁合金高温抗氧化性能的影响

Effect of Calcium on High Temperature Oxidation Resistance of Extruded Mg-11Al-3Zn Alloy

摘要 采用SEM与XPS,对Mg-11Al-3Zn+xCa高温氧化膜的物相组成和化学成分进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:含Ca镁合金高温氧化时,表面形成了致密的CaO/MgO保护层,改善了Mg-11Al-3Zn疏松的蜂窝状氧化膜结构,消除了氧化膜开裂现象,显著地增强了镁合金高温抗氧化性能。 The phase composition and chemical composition of the captioned alloy was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by means of SEM and XPS.The results show that a compacted protective layer of CaO/MgO is formed on the surface of the alloy during high temperature oxidation,which helps improve the honeycomb like loose oxidation film,eliminate cracking phenomenon and significantly increase the high temperature oxidation resistance of the alloy.
