一种基于射频识别技术煤矿安全追踪系统电子标签天线的设计 被引量:1

摘要 设计了一种基于射频识别技术煤矿安全追踪系统的电子标签天线。在尺寸为50mm×70mm的双面为FR4基片上刻蚀蝶形缝隙,采用4个等间距排列的短路过孔构成SILA结构,并在基片地板的下方放置硅胶层。将天线置于尺寸为400mm×400mm×20mm的仿人体材料上,用HFSS10对天线的性能进行了仿真研究,得出了天线输入阻抗随缝隙敏感尺寸变化规律曲线和天线主要参数。仿真结果表明,在880~930MHz频率范围内,天线相对于目标芯片的反射系数(S11)<-10dB,满足RFID系统对标签天线的带宽要求。此外,天线的最大增益可达0.6dBi,在阅读器平均辐射功率EIRP=4W,射频芯片灵敏度Pchip=12μW的条件下,标签与阅读器的最大通信距离可达8.8m。
