薄圆柱形纳米管中低激发态的局域声子态密度

摘要 应用解析方法,得到了薄圆柱体管近似纳米管在扭转、呼吸和弯曲等模式下的本征值和本征函数.分别计算了3种模式下低激发态的声子局域态密度张量,得到了其解析表达式.结果表明:扭转模式只对φ方向的态密度张量有贡献,呼吸模式和弯曲模式所对应的太密度张量截断频率均为C0/R. A thin cylindrical shell is approximated to the nano-shells and its eigen-values and eigen-functions in torsional,breathing and flexural modes are obtained analytically.The corresponding local phonon density of the low energy states are calculated.The results show that torsional mode only contribute to the density of states φ direction;while in breathing and flexural modes,the cut off frequency of the density of states is C0/R.
