摘要
采用微波辐射的方法,以乳酸(LA)、乙醇酸(GA)为原料,通过熔融缩聚开环的方法合成乳酸-乙醇酸共聚物(PLGA).通过核磁共振谱(NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、接触角(CA)测定等手段对PLGA的相对分子质量、结构、性能等进行分析.考察了一定实验条件下单体投料比对PLGA共聚物性质的影响.研究结果表明:随着单体投料比中乳酸含量的增加,所得PLGA分子量增大,而对应的Tg则变小.
Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) is a biocompatible and degradable polymer,and it is widely used in the field of medicine.Using lactic acid and glycolic acid,poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) was synthesized by ring-opening melting polymerization in condition of microwave irradiation.The molecular weight,molecular structure and performance of the prepared polymer were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and contact angle(CA).Furthermore,effect of monomer rate on the properties of PLGA copolymer was investigated.The results show that molecular weight of the PLGA increases with increase of lactic acid,while the corresponding Tg decreases.
