摘要
基于"以用户为中心"的设计理念,提出信息系统的"流设计"理念。从用户体验要素出发,将信息系统设计分为五层,分别为战略层、范围层、结构层、框架层和表现层。将工作研究中的思想和工具,包括5W1H,ECRS和程序分析、操作分析、动作分析等应用于信息系统设计逐层,实现人机交互的"流状态"。
Based on User-Centered design, this paper presents flow design concept of information system. The design of information system is divided into five layers： st frame and exhibition on basis of elements of user experience. The study, such as 5WIH applied in design of rate thou ECRS, Process Analysis, Operation analysis and gY, ght Mo scope, structure and tools of work tion Analysis, are information system to achieve flow state of human computer interaction
