网络文化是一种全新的信息文化，网络文化的兴起促使传统图书馆向数字图书馆转变。本文分析了数字图书馆的基本特点，提出了现实条件下建设我国数字图书馆的措施。

Abstract The network culture is a new information culture. This paper analyses the basic characteristics of digital libraries and puts forward some measures to set up the digital libraries of our country under realistic conditions.
