蔷薇红景天化学成分研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Rhodiola rosea

目的:对新疆产的蔷薇红景天根茎正丁醇部位的化学成分进行提取分离鉴定。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过化学反应和光谱分析方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从蔷薇红景天根茎中分离得到6个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:红景天苷(Ⅰ)、山奈酚-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅱ)、草质素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅲ)、草质素-7-O-(3″-O--βD-葡萄糖基)-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅳ)、5,7,3,′5′-四羟基二氢黄酮(Ⅴ)、蔗糖(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅴ是首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective：To separate and identify the chemical constituents of n-BuOH extraction from the roots of Rhodiola rosea in Xinjiang.Methods：The column chromatography was used to separate consituents.The structures were elucidated by chemical reactions and MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,and 2D-NMR spectral data.Results：Six compounds were isolated and identified as salidroside（Ⅰ）,kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside（Ⅱ）,herbacetin-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyr-anoside（Ⅲ）,herbace-tin-7-O-（3″-O-β-D-glucopyran-oside）-α-L-rhamnopyranoside（Ⅳ）,5,7,3′,5′-tetrahydroxy-flavanone（Ⅴ）,sucrose（Ⅵ）.Conclusion： Compoud Ⅴis isolated from this plant for the first time.
