响应面设计优化西兰花种子异硫氰酸酯制备技术 被引量:14

Optimization of the Preparation Technique of Isothiocyanates (ITCs) from Broccoli Seed by Response Surface Design

摘要 为获取西兰花种子中异硫氰酸酯的提取技术,采用响应面设计(RSD)优化提取工艺参数。通过中心复合试验设计,建立三因素五水平的响应面分析方法和回归模型。经Minitab15软件分析数据,得到西兰花种子中异硫氰酸酯的最佳提取工艺条件:浸提温度42℃,浸提pH7.2,浸提时间63min。验证试验中异硫氰酸酯得率0.338%,与模型预测结果相符。 The preparation technique was selected and the technological parameters were optimized based on response surface design(RSD).Through a central composite design experiment with 3 factors and 5 levels,the mathematics model of major factors' effect on the yield was established.The optimum preparation conditions of isothiocyanates from broccoli seed were determined as following:extraction temperature 42 ℃,pH value 7.2,and extraction time 63 min.The yield was 0.338% correspondence to model prediction value.
