鸡组织滴虫门诊病例的流行病学调查 被引量:6

摘要 对2008年1月—2009年12月间来扬州大学动物医院门诊部登记就诊的鸡组织滴虫病病例进行统计,分析组织滴虫病的流行特点。结果显示,该病主要感染放养或散养的草鸡,雏鸡和青年鸡最易感,呈散发性,发病率和死亡率低,病程长,没有明显的季节性,主要表现精神委顿、缩头垂翅和排黄绿色稀粪,剖检肝脏和盲肠的病变特征较为典型,传播与异刺线虫有一定的关系。以上调查结果为临床上该病的诊治和防控提供了一定的参考。 Epidemiological survey and analysis of 113 outpatient cases of chicken histomoniasis were done in animal hospital of Yangzhou university from January 2008 to December 2009.Results showed that Histomonas meleagridis mainly infected quality and young chickens.The incidence of mortality rate of this disease were low,with no obvious seasonality.Symptoms in all cases were apathetic and vertical fin,excluded yellow-green faeces.The clinical diagnosis of the disease was easy due to typical lesions of liver and cecum.Results of above provided a certain draw for the clinical prevention and control of the disease.
