摘要
针对不同体系催化剂在聚丙烯生产装置中的效果展开现场试验,分别对CS-Ⅱ及DQ-Ⅳ型催化剂的活性、活性稳定性进行了试验研究,考察了催化剂对聚合物表观密度、等规度等工艺指标的影响。试验结果表明,CS-Ⅱ型催化剂的活性约为30.00~40.00kg？g-1,聚合物表观密度、等规度分别为0.44g？cm-3、95%,效果较佳;CS-Ⅱ型催化剂在现场试验6个月内催化剂活性稳定在33.5~34.2 kg？g-1之间,活性较稳定,综合经济效益较好。
Field test of different was carried out and the characters of the catalysts such as activity,stability of activity was valued.Beside this,the relation of catalysts with density of polymer and isotacticity was studied.The results of tests showed that the activity of CS-Ⅱwas 30.00~40.00kg/g,the apparent density and isotacticity of polymer was 0.44 g/cm3 and 95% respectively,the activity of CS-Ⅱwas 33.5~34.2kg/g in half a year,the activity of catalysts was stable,and economic benefit was well.
