左室肥厚心肌质量指数与心电图Cornell电压关系研究

摘要 目的探讨左室肥厚心肌质量指数与心电图Cornell电压的关系。方法检测90例中国高血压左室肥厚患者心脏质量指数(UCG-LVMI),心电电压各参数反复测三个心动周期,取均值,评价高血压左室肥厚心脏质量指数与ECG-Cornell电压与的关系。结果 ECG-LVH阳性对应的UCG-LVMI间无显著性差异(P(0.05)。各项ECG电压与UCG-LVMI具有一定程度的相关性,以Cornell电压与UCG-LVMI相关性最佳(r=0.832 P(0.001)。伴ST-T改变(劳损)的综合电压与UCG-LVMI间相关性更高,尤以Cornell电压最为突出(r=0.928 P(0.001)。结论高血压左室肥厚心肌质量指数(UCG-LVMI)与ECG-Cornell电压呈明显相关性,ECG-Cornell电压对高血压左室肥厚的诊断具有重要价值。 Objective To study the correlationship between ECG-Cornell Criteria and Left Ventricular Mass Index in hypertensives.Methods To measure UCG-LVMI and ECG voltage parameters record three cardiac periods and obtain average value.Assess the relativity of ECG-Cornell Criteria and Left Ventricular Mass Index in 90 chinese hypertensives.Results UCG-LVMI of positive of reciprocal ECG-LVH have no significant difference(P0.05).There are some degree correlation between respective ECG voltage and UCG-LVMI.Above all,the correlationship between cornell voltage and UCG-LVMI is the better(r=0.832,P0.001),Cornell voltage with ST-T changes(ventricular strain)is the best one(r=0.928,P0.001).Conclusion For hypertensive LVH,the sum of ECG-Cornell and the degree of LVH(UCG-LVH) have significant correlations,Cornell criteria for detection hypertensive LVH has an important significance.
