腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术临床应用价值研究

Study of Value of Clinical Application of Myomectomy with Laparoscope

目的研究腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析濮阳市中医院2007年1月—2009年6月,腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术68例的临床资料。结果患者平均年龄(36±4.2)岁,有下腹部手术史者3例。单发子宫肌瘤者43例,多发子宫肌瘤者25例。67例顺利实施腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,1例中转开腹。平均手术时间(78±30.4)min。平均术中出血80ml,术后平均肛门排气时间(18.6±12.7)h,术后平均住院时间(4.4±1.2)d。传统腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术39例为对照组。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快、住院时间短等优点,是安全可行的一种治疗子宫肌瘤的方法之一。

Objective To Study the value of clinical application of myomectomy with laparoscope.Methods Review and analyse the clinical data of 68 myomectomy with laparoscope cases from January,2007 to June,2009 in Puyang Hoapital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results The patient＇s coverage age is（36±4.2）,including 3 persons who have done the hypogastric operation;43 cases with and 25 cases with;67 cases who have being done the myomectomy with laparoscope smoothly and 1 case was transferred to opening appendectomy.Coverage operation time is 78±30.4min.Coverage amount of blood is 80 ml in operation,the coverage time of Anus exhaust is（18.6±12.7）h and hospital stay is（4.4±1.2）d post operative.The 39 traditional abdominal myomectomy cases are control group.Conclusion The myomectomy with laparoscope has the advantage of less trauma,light pain,quick recovery,short hospital stay,and it is one safe and workable method for hysteromyoma treatment.
