参麦注射液对脑出血大鼠神经细胞形态结构影响的实验研究

Study of Influence of Cenmai Injection on Morphology Structure of Cerebral Hemarrhagic Rat Neurocele

目的观察参麦注射液对大鼠脑出血后神经细胞凋亡相关基因的影响。方法采用Rosenberg法复制大鼠脑出血模型,测定脑出血后大鼠海马CA1区神经细胞病理形态结构。结果参麦注射液减少大鼠脑出血后海马CA1区锥体细胞凋亡数目。结论参麦注射液能减少大鼠脑出血后神经细胞的凋亡。

Objective To observe the influence of Cenmai Injection on rat cerehral hemorrhagic neurocell optosis cerebral hemorrhagic neurocell opltosis related gene.Methods Adopt Rosenberg to reproduce rat cerebral hemrorrhagia modal,and measure its structure.Results Cenmai injection can decrease the nummber of cell optosis in CA area.Conclusion Cenmai injection can decrease the optosis of nat cenebral hemorrhagic neuro cele.
