FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期食管癌疗效观察

Clinical Observation of FOLFOX4 in Treatment of Advanced Esophageal Cancer

目的观察FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期食管癌的疗效及不良反应。方法按FOLFOX4方案,奥沙利铂85mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1d;CF200mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1,2d;5-FU400mg/m2静脉推注,5-FU600mg/m2持续泵入22h,第1,2d;每2周重复。结果可评价疗效者42例,总有效率52.4%,其中CR1例(2.4%),PR21例(50.0%),SD11例(26.2%),PD9例(21.4%),临床获益率78.6%。中位TTP5.6个月,1年生存率45.2%。不良反应较轻,无化疗相关死亡。结论 FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期食管癌临床疗效较好,不良反应可以耐受。

Objective To observe the efficiency and toxicity of the chemotherapy regimen FOLFOX4 for the patient with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods All advanced esophageal cancer received FOLFOX4 regimen,Oxaliplatin 85mg/m2iv.day 1,CF 200 mg/m2iv.day 1 and 2,5-FU 400 mg/m2 iv.bolus,then 600mg/m2 iv.over 22 hours continuous infusion,day 1 and 2,Repeat every 2weeks.Results Totally 42 patients with advanced esophageal cancerentered the study.Major objective responses rate was 52.4%,including 1case complete response,21 cases partial response,11 cases stable disease and 9 cases progressive disease.Clinicle benifiterate was78.6%.Themedian time to progressive was 5.6 months,1 year survival rate was 45.2%.Conclusion FOLFOX4 regimen show good efficacyand an acceptable toxicity in treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.
