老年患者习惯性便秘辨证施护的疗效观察

Effect of dialectical nursing on habitual constipation in elderly people

目的探讨老年患者习惯性便秘辨证施护的治疗效果。方法对本院2008年5月-2009年11月内科病区收治的60例老年习惯性便秘患者随机分为中医护理组(30例)和对照组(30例),中医护理组根据老年患者便秘分型实施辨证施护,对照组给予常规便秘护理。比较两组患者便秘治疗效果。结果中医护理组在护理后患者在排便自觉症状、大便性状、排便次数均得到明显改善,护理前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);中医护理组便秘治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论根据老年患者习惯性便秘分型采用中医辩证施护,能有效解除患者便秘症状,其疗效优于常规护理法。

Objective To investigate the effect of dialectical nursing on habitual constipation in elderly people.Methods 60 elderly patients with habitual constipation admitted in our hospital from May 2008 to Nov 2009 were randomly divided into two groups in equal number：traditional chinese medicine（TCM）nursing group and control group.In the former group,the dialectical nursing care was performed based on classification of constipation and in the latter,conventional care was given.Results In the TCM nursing group,there were significant improvements in self-felt defecation symptoms,stool,and defecation frequency between pre-and post-performance of TCM dialectical nursing care（P 0.05）.The total effectiveness rates of the TCM nursing group and the control group were 96.67% and 66.67%,respectively,with significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusions The dialectical nursing according to classification of constipation can alleviate constipation effectively.It is more effective than routine nursing strategy.
