舒乳散结汤加微波治疗乳腺增生临床观察

Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands by Shu Ru San Jie Tang Combined with Microwave Therapy

目的观察舒乳散结汤加微波治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法治疗组49例采用舒乳散结汤加微波治疗,对照组49例采用中成药逍遥丸治疗。结果治疗组有效率占87.7%,对照组有效率占46.9%。两组对比,差别有高度显著性(P<0.01),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论舒乳散结汤加微波治疗乳腺增生有较好疗效。

Objective The observation of clinical effect of shu ru san jie tang combined with microwave therapy in the teatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods Totally 49 cases of the treatment group treated with shu ru san jie tang combined with microwave therapy,and 49 cases of the control group treated with xiao yao wan.Results Total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.7%,which was superior to that of the controlled group（46.9%）,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion The therapy effect used shu ru san jie tang combined with microwave therapy for hyperplasia of mammary glands was significant.
