监测数据与适当的数学模型结合起来,才能正确反映出高炉内的动态变化。在高炉过程控制中使用这些模型并结合监测数据,可有效地保障高炉顺行,使高炉处于最优的工况。THYBAS系统包括10多个单独的基本模型,这些模型可分为两大类,一类仅需标准的仪表配置,另一类要求高炉附加某些相关的监测及执行装置。
The dynamic change in the blast furnace can only be reflected by combination monitor data with mathematical models. Using these mathematical models in the process control of blast furnace combined with monitoring data could keep the blast furnace in the best production conditions. THYBAS system includes more than ten single basic models. These models could be separated into two groups. One group only need standard meter and the other need some additional monitors and executive instruments.
