国际上注射剂应用的评价和管理

The International Evaluation and Management of Injection Applications

目的:通过简要介绍国际注射剂使用指南和用药原则、评价标准和工具以及监管措施,为我国注射剂应用的评价和管理提供参考。方法:列举国际上现有注射剂使用指南、评价标准和工具,以及欧美等国注射剂的管理,阐述不同国家有关注射剂的相关政策。结果:注射剂不合理使用所造成的公共健康问题以及经济损失日益被人们所认识,世界卫生组织(WHO)以及很多国家地区都制定了多方面的政策,采取了行之有效的方法来促进注射剂的安全合理使用。结论:中国大部分地区有关注射剂使用情况的评价指标不统一,对于注射剂的使用行为的干预还未大范围的实施,各医疗机构对于注射剂合理使用的监管还不够全面,中国仍需参考和借鉴国际上注射剂应用的评价和管理经验,结合我国实际情况,促进注射剂的使用更加合理安全。

Objective： This article briefly introduced the international guidelines and drug use principles, evaluation criteria and tools as well as regulatory measures of injections, providing relational reference for China. Methods： By listing the international guidelines and drug use principles, evaluation criteria and tools, syringe management in Europe, US and other countries, to describe policies about injections in different countries. Results： Public health problems and economic losses caused by irrational use of injection have been increasingly recognized. WHO, many countries and regions have developed many policies and feasible measures to promote the safety use of injection. Conclusion- Since China did not perform perfectly in injection evaluation, intervention and supervision, China can learn much from the international evaluation and management of injection applications to promote the safety use of injection combining our actual situation.
