摘要
目的:在25℃、4℃条件下考察甘草酸二铵磷脂复合物注射液与4种常用输液配伍的稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定甘草酸二铵磷脂复合物注射液在4种常用输液中24h内的含量变化,同时观察外观,测定pH变化。结果:甘草酸二铵磷脂复合物注射液与5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液配伍中出现浑浊,与5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍中,外观、pH值、含量无显著变化。结论:试验结果表明甘草酸二铵磷脂复合物注射液不宜与5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液配伍使用,与其他3种常用输液配伍稳定。
Objective:To study the compatible stability of diammonium glycyrrhizinate phospholipid complex injection(DGPC) in four infusions at 25℃ and 4℃.Methods: The contents of DGPC injection in four mixed solutions within 24 hours were determinated by HPLC,and the appearance and pH value of the mixed solutions were also examined. Result: No significant change was found in appearance、pH and content of DGPC injection after it was mixed with three infusions(0.9% NaCl solution, 5% glucose injection, and 10% glucose injection). Conclusion: DGPC injection was stable when mixed with three injections(0.9% NaCl solution, 5% glucose injection, and 10% glucose injection ) and was unstable in the 5% glucose and NaCl solution.
