正常高值血压之血压 血脂 血糖的主成分与因子分析

Principal Constituent and Factor Analysis of Blood Pressure, Blood Lipids and Blood Glucose in 200 Patients with High-Normal Blood Pressure

目的:观察滋阴平肝潜阳汤调治阴虚阳亢型正常高值血压的临床疗效。方法:前瞻性、随机对照临床研究。共收集阴虚阳亢型正常高值血压者200例,所有病例随机分为治疗组(100人)与对照组(100人),分别用滋阴平肝潜阳汤和杞菊地黄丸治疗,并观察两组治疗前后血压水平、证候疗效、血脂、血糖等。结果:X1(收缩压)、X2(舒张压)、X4(甘油三酯)、X5(低密度脂蛋白)主要由F1(第一公因子)"动脉粥样硬化综合危险因素"解释,X3(总胆固醇)主要由F2(第二公因子)"胆固醇危险因素"解释,X6(高密度脂蛋白)主要由F3(第三公因子)"动脉粥样硬化风险抵抗因素"解释,X7(血糖)主要由F4(第四公因子)"代谢综合征因素"解释。结论:滋阴平肝潜阳汤是治疗阴虚阳亢型正常高值血压的有效方药,不但能降低血压、改善症状,还有降血脂作用。甘油三酯和低密度蛋白是高血压发生的主要危险因子。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Ziyin Pinggan Qinayang decoction for high-normal blood pressure belongs to type of deficiency of YIN leading to hyper activity of YANG. Methods： Prospective, random contrast clinical study. We observed 200 patients with high-normal blood pressure belong to type of deficiency of YIN leading to hyper activity of YANG, these patients were divided randomly into treatment group （100 cases） and control group （100 cases）, and respectively treated by Ziyin Pinggan Qinayang decoction and Qiju Dihuang Pill, and observe blood pressure levels, therapeutic effect of syndrome, blood lipids, blood glucose , etc of patients in the two group before and after treatment. Results： X1（systolic blood pressure）, X2（diastolic blood pressure）, X4（triglyeride）, X5（low-density lipoprotein）were mainly explained by F1（first common factor）,that is integrative risk factor of artherosclerosis, X3（total cholesterol）were mainly explained by F2（second common factor）, that is risk factor of cholesterin, X6（alpha-lipoprotein） were mainly explained by F3（third common factor）, that is risk counteract factor of artherosclerosis, X7（blood glucose） were mainly explained by F4（fourth common factor）, that is factor of metabolism symptom-complex. Conclusion： Ziyin Pinggan Qinayang decoction is effective for high-normal blood pressure belong to type of deficiency of YIN leading to hyper activity of YANG, it not only lower blood pressure, improve symptom, but also lower blood lipids. Triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein are main risk factors caused hypertension.
