乳腺癌术后中医药辅助治疗用药规律研究

Study of the Rule about Chinses Medicine in Adjuvant Treatment of Breast Cancer after operation

目的:研究乳腺癌术后中医药辅助治疗的基本用药规律。方法:收集近10年经临床验证,用于乳腺癌术后有良好疗效的中医基本方,运用频数分析、关联规则分析,探索其用药规律。结果:收集基本方共28首,常用药包括补气药、清热解毒药及利水渗湿药等,攻毒杀虫药、化痰散结药、破血消癥药常与清热解毒药配伍出现,补阳药常与利水渗湿药配伍出现。结论:目前对于乳腺癌术后的中医治疗以益气健脾化湿、清热解毒为基本治则,对于养阴、补阳等治法的运用尚存在争议。

Objective：To study the rule of Chinese medicine in adjuvant treatment of breast cancer after operation. Methods： Collect the prescriptions that were proved effective in the treatment of breast cancer after operation in recent 10 years. Analyze the medicine regulation with frequency analysis and association rules. Results： Collect 28 prescriptions. The herbs functioning as replenishing qi,heat-clearing and detoxicating,eliminating dampness and promoting diuresis,were mainly used. Most of the herbs for detoxicating and destroying parasites,reducing phlegm and resolving masses,breaking blood stasis to resolve lumps,were matched with the herbs for heat-clearing and detoxicating; most of the herbs for tonifying yang were matched with the herbs for eliminating dampness and promoting diuresis. Conclusion： Replenishing qi and invigorating spleen,eliminating dampness,heat-clearing and detoxicating are the fundamental principles in the treatment of breast cancer after operation. Controversy exists regarding the effects of nourishing ying,tonifying yang,and etc..
