复方茵栀颗粒质量标准的研究

Quality standard for Compound Yinzhi Granules

目的:建立复方茵栀颗粒的质量控制标准。方法:采用TLC法对处方中茵陈、黄芩进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定绿原酸含量。结果:薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强;绿原酸在0.0125～0.4000μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.99%,RSD为4.44%。结论:该方法简单、准确、可靠、重现性好,能有效控制该制剂的质量。

Objective：To establish the quality standard for Compound Yinzhi Granules.Methods： Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were identified by Thin layer chromatography,and the content of Chlorogenicacid was determined by HPLC.Results： Identification of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by TLC was special. Chlorogenicacid showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 0125 ～0.4000 μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 97.99%,and RSD was 4.44%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and reliable with a good reproducibility,and can control the quality of Compound Yinzhi granule.
