自拟益肾降糖方治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

Clinical Research of Self-made Hypoglycemy Agent to Tonify the Kidney of Chinese Medical on Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察中药自拟益肾降糖方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的有效性。方法:对80例确诊早期糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组(各40例),在西医常规治疗基础上,治疗组加服自拟益肾降糖方,每日1剂,每日2次,连服8周;对照组不用自拟益肾降糖方,两组均治疗1个疗程(8周)后比较治疗前后的疗效及相关生化检测指标。结果:治疗组在总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),尿微量白蛋白显著降低,对照组无明显改变,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:自拟益肾降糖方治疗早期糖尿病肾病有效。

Objective：To observe effectiveness of self-made hypoglycemy agent to tonify the kidney of Chinese materia medical on treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods：80 patients diagnosed with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group （40 patients each）. On the basis of conventional therapy in Western medicine,the patients in treatment group had the added self-made hypoglycemy agent to tonify the kidney-1 devided into 2 times each day for everyone and for 8 weeks; the patients in control group didn＇t have it. All the patients in two groups were treated one course of treatment （8 weeks）,and the therapeutic effect before and after treatment and related detection indicator in biochemistry were compared.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group is higher than that in control group （P0.05）; and urinary microamount albumin is significantly reduced in treatment group,while no obvious change in control group; significant differences exist in comparation of the two groups （P0.01）.Conclusion：Good effect of self-made hypoglycemy agent to tonify the kidney on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
