Thinking Methods of Clinical Diagnosis

文章将临床诊断思维归纳为病变部位定位诊断法、病因机理诊断法、模板诊断法、概率诊断法四种方法，结合临床经验阐述了各种诊断方法的特点、步骤、适应性、局限性及相互关系，提出有机运用各种诊断思维，有益于减少误诊误治。

Thinking of clinical diagnosis was summed up in this article as the following four categories, the diagnostic method of localizing the lesion, the method of the underlying mechanism, the template method and the method of probability diagnosis. The author also described the features, steps, adaptability, limitations and interelation between each category in combination with his own clinical experiences, proposing that it would be helpful to make good use of each category of diagnistic thinking so as to decrease frequency of misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
