Negative Effects of Physician's Unhealthy States of Mind on Clinical Thinking

临床诊断的过程既是思维活动的过程，也是心理活动的过程。文章概述了仿效心理、从众心理、偏执心理、逆反心理、求全心理、宁重勿轻心理等不良心理干扰临床思维，对诊疗工作全过程产生负面影响，并由此造成了误诊误治。

The process of clinical diagnosis is not only a process of thinking process, but also a process of mental activity. The author of this paper briefly described such unhealthy states of mind as modeling, masses effect, paranoia, unrealistically all rejection, demanding perfection and mental state of putting the more serious first in any case(once bitten twice shy). It was indicated that each of these mental state could interfere with clinical thinking and have negative impact on the whole process of diagnosis and treatment. Thus, misdiagnosis and mistreatment would be created. For this reason, physicians ought to refrain from any of the unhealthy states of mind as far as possible.
