安儿宁腹泻奶粉辅助治疗秋季腹泻疗效观察

Adjuvant Treatment of Infant Autumn Diarrhea with Lactose-free Milk Powder

目的观察腹泻奶粉对秋季腹泻的辅助治疗作用。方法将280例患儿随机分成治疗组及对照组各140例,两组治疗前病程无明显差异。治疗组给安儿宁腹泻奶粉,对照组继续母乳或配方奶粉喂养。结果安儿宁腹泻奶粉佐治婴儿秋季腹泻有效率为87.86%,对照组为60.71%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=27.66,P<0.01)。结论安儿宁腹泻奶粉辅佐治疗婴儿秋季腹泻明显缩短病程,减轻病情,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the role of lactose-free milk in the adjuvant treatment of infant autumn diarrhea. Methods All 280 cases were randomly divided into treatment group with 140 eases in it and control group with 140 cases in it. There was no significant difference in the condition of both groups before treatment. The treatment group was given Aneming diarrhea formula and the control group continued to be given the breast or formula feeding. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.86 % while it was 60.71% of the control group, with a significant difference （x^2=27.66, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Anerning milk powder is significantly effective in the adjuvant treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea, with shortened course and lightened severity.
